Extreme Manufacturing was founded by two ambitious entrepreneurs, based in Gauteng around 1999/2000, starting out with only two Klokner Moulding machines and two Power Presses. Extreme Manufacturing achieved new levels of excellence through constant innovation and strength.
Extreme Manufacturing is a proudly South African Manufacturer Based in KZN. We don’t only design but also grow your models or samples for you….sharing all those skills thereby guaranteeing that compromise will never form part of our philosophy.

ABOUT US
At present we have fourteen moulding machines ranging from 20 tons to 488 tons. Our Press Shop has seven Power Presses ranging from 10 tons to 160 tons. Our modern Tool room comprises of CNC Milling, CNC wire cutting and CNC EDM machines as well as CNC Lathe. Our company has toolmakers with more than thirty two years experience.
At present our core focus is based on Water Meters, Water Meter Box’s, Fold Down Washing Lines and various plastic components, Electrical (housings for electrical components) and Commercial Buildings (handles for sliding doors etc).
